How do I create a RAM DRIVE in WINDOWS 2000 / SERVER / AS ?
Is there some kind of virtual drive software that can emulate a disk drive in memory.
Motivation behind why would I want a ram drive: I use visual studio for adhoc programming a lot and want faster testing result to be done to memory rather than erasing and overwriting the same old files over and over again on my HD. I don't want to worn out my harddrive either.
Any help or suggestion on any virtual drive (HD not CDROM) would be appreciated.
