Raised floor cabling enclosure

I have looked at some zone boxes for a 2' x 2' raised floor system and can not find any that I like.
I played with Panduits 11u zone box and was disappointed. In order to install you have to take out 4 addition tiles and since we are using 4’ stringers I would have to take out possibly 8 tiles.
I would like to find one that has a hinged top that is strong enough to walk on and I can just drop into the floor grid.
Has anyone come across any boxes that were easy to install and more importantly easy to use?
