Hello, I have a Compaq server running 3 18gig drives, RAID5. How would I go about adding a 4th drive into the mix whether part of the RAID or just on its one. It just needs more data storage space. Can anyone help? Or suggest the easiest way to add the extra space another 30 or 60 gig would bring?

You don't say what kind of device you have running the Raid. Typically, you just insert the disk and then use the management s/w to bind the drive. If you want to add to the existing raid, you may have to undbind and rebind the group and restore from a backup. Adding an individual drive should be a very easy process.
