Hi all
I am planning to configure RAID3 for one of the realtime system we had. I am planning to have 16+1, 8+1, 32+1 LUNS. Can somebody tell me whether I can use the above configs.
I am using EMC clariion CX200's.

If my memory is good enough, you can create a RAID 3 (and 5) with up to 16 disk drives, it means, the max Raid group is 15+1... so 32+1 is not allowed.. BTW, CX200 supports up to 30 disk drives, so 32+1???

Cheers.
