I am can't seem to find the option to build a raid array on my 7899 scsi controler and wondered if i need a floppy disk or cdrom of some sort to get the box setup correctly.
I have browsed the motherboard bios and the ScsiSelect press <ctrl><A> seem to be able to format them there but not raid them , anybody have any experience with adaptec raid config setups ?

I might be missing it, but I don't see any online references that say that the 7899 chip can be used for RAID. This chip is used on the 39160 controller card, which I know is not RAID capable.
