What is the best way to recover information from a RAID Drive?

What has happened is the HD with the OS went corrupt. I can not pull any info off the HD with the OS. So I reinstalled windows without REFORMATTING. What can I do to recover info from the raid to transfer to the HD with the OS.

New with RAID.
