raid problem ??

I am sorry I say so since I am not very sure. I know there is a problem with one of the disk drives as the light is red and it goes beep-beep forever. I also reports 'R' on its LCD. But, I have no problems accesing files on that raid as yet. What should I do.
The server is redhat 7.1 2.4.6.
Please advise.
