RAID on FreeBSD

I have a FreeBSD 4.10 machine. I know it is set up with RAID 5. How do I do the following:

1. List out all of the physical disks
2. List the physical disks allocated to logical disk (da0 in my case)
3. See if there are any unallocated/spare disks that can be allocated to the logical disk to give me more free space.
