Has anyone gone through the Product Advisory Alert PAA-2008-0117 and been successful in updating the Raid firmware?
I have a 1002rp 5.0 with controller LSI320-2 and I go through the outlined procedure until i wants CallPilot to boot from the Image disk in CD. But I haveto change the bootup sequence in the BIOS to boot from the CD first..well documentation says press F2 which doesnt work. I do have the keyboard and mouse not plugged directly into Call Pilot as hey are in a sharing box...could this possibly have an effect on Call Pilot not seeing my F2 key while its booting up? Or is there some other procedure required that Nortel hasnt defined.
