RAID error following firmware upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded the perc 3/Si firmware from v2.1 to 2.8 (after updating BIOS from A03 to A09) using afu utility. The RAID controller now fails the POST with:

Component: Raid Parameter eePROM
Event: Parameter value check -failed

I have tried rolling the BIOS back to A03, updating the ESM firmware to the latest, rolling back the RAID firmware, reseating the RAID key and wiping the NVRAM.

Does this mean the eePROM has failed? If so how can I replace this part?
