Raid Controller Card

Hi, there:

I have serveral different Dell servers (2400, 4400, 6450...) How do I know which one using what kind of Raid controller card (I know they all have raid 5)? I went to Dell's support site, there are some PERC2 dirvers( single channle, double channle) How do I know which one is the right one for my particular server?

This is too much for me, please help!

There is a cd called Dell Openmanage Server Assistant .. you should have received it when you bought your servers. You can create drivers disks for your type of server using that CD... Peter Van Eeckhoutte

You can also look on the service tag of your hardware:
1) go to support.dell.com
2) input your service tag
3) set for hardware config

THis should give you a snapshot of your system
