Hi,

I have an error in the HP Integrated Log for the Array Controllers Battery failing. All is well in terms of the RAID but obviously I want to replace it.

What is the safest way of doing this? If I remove the RAID Controller and replace the battery does this wipe my RAID configuration? What is the way round to maintain current setup?

Thanks in advance.

The RAID configuration is stored on the disks. You can safely remove the controller and replace the batteries.
