Raid Arry Not Recognized - WIN2K - RAIDCOREx4

Hi,

I have a system with a RAIDCORE controller &
(4) Hitachi 400GB sata drives setup in a
RAID5 array with (1) hot spare.

I can see the array in the BIOS but when
when booted the operating system - WINDOWS
2000 SP4 does not recognize the array.
I've looked in disk management but nothing
is there??? I've also checked all of the
cabling to make sure everything is fully
connected.

The array was visible one day & the next
day it was gone. NOTE: I did a quick format
on the disk array initially & the array
seemed to be fine. I realized the next day
when I booted the system the array was gone.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would greatly
appreciate any help.
