In SRM(>>>) I see message:

failed to send Read to dke0.0.0.9.0

*** Hard Error - Error #5 -
Diagnostic name Id Device Pass Test Fard/Soft 1-JAN-2066
exer_kid 00000203 0 0 1 0 12:00:01
Error in read of 0 bytes at location 00002A00 from device dke0.0.0.9.0

*** End of error ***

And I have a PC with windows that connected to monitor RA3000. I see that there are no errors.
May be my SCSI conroller broken?
How I can check it?
