RAID 5 Warning / Reconstructive halt messages

I have a RAID 5 with 3 physical disks. One says "reconstructing HALT " and the other says "WARNING" and the 3rd is ONLINE. What can I do to correct this ?

At this point, I'd call in IBM support...

I had to recreate the RAID 5 array as well as the VGs,LVs and filesystems, then restore.
