Raid 5 - How do I i find bad drive

I have a Promise SX6000 Raid 5 with 6 WD 120 IDE drives. I am getting a constant read/write error on Drive 4. There are no red lights on any drives but one of the drives is clearly failing. Anyone know how I can identify the bad drive and replace it? Do I follow the ribbon from the board - meaning one end is drive one or drive six?
