RAID 5 extension

I have ML350 G5 with Winows 2003 R2 RAID 5.

1-I addede two new HD to RAID
2- I boot the server with smart start CD
3- Reconfigure the RAID and added two new HD to RAID 5
4- Create new logical drive for newly added HDs
5- Boot the system normally
6- Opened the Disk Managment
7- I can see new added HDs

But i can't initialize the new Hard drive. When i try to Initialize it says

Logical Disk Manager: Operation did not complete. Check the System Event log for more information on the error.

Any help?

Has the restriping completed successfully? Does it give any extended error messages in the System Event Log?
