Raid 5 Disk size upgrade

I have a Dell Poweredge 6300 running Win2000 Server. The Raid 5 had 18GB drives and I upgrade them to 36GB one at a time, letting the Raid rebuild (this is not the operating system drives). When completed it says the 18GB allocated and 18GB is unallocated on each drive. How do I expand the disk size without losing the data or can I?

If you want to expand the size of the same volume you are going to need to use a third party utility like Powerquest Volume Manager or something similar.
