Raid 2 or Raid 5?

Hi there I have a Dell server with 4 Intel CPUs running on it with 1GB or RAM. With 100GB of HD space. Im currently running it on raid 5.

However i want to rebuild the server and have just a single 5GB database.

What do you think the optimal Raid would be ... 2 or 5? for this setup...

Depending on your Controller card you may not have RAID 2 as an option. I believe the PERC cards support 0,1,5,10,50 but you may want to double check with your exact card make.
