Does it have IDE, SATA, or SCSI drives? No matter what you do, you will need a RAID controller in the system in order to do this. In most cases, the motherboard may support 1 RAID array, but not 2. If thats the case, you may have to buy a RAID controller and install it first.
Once you have the RAID controller, it will be easy to setup.
As Supermicro has many configruations (i.e. mobo's, controllers, etc) you must either provide much more information as to what you have or look to Supermicro for some assistance.
