Raid 0 twin hard drive recognition with Windows 2000.

I have failed to get my Asus A7V socket A motherboard with onboard Promise Raid chip to recognize and partition twin Western Digital 40GB hard drives for Raid 0 with Win 2000 setup floppies. Has anyone been able to reach Asus technical support?
