RAID 0 Transfer from defunct machine to new unit

The following question is just a fraction of an overall problem I'm trying to solve on a desktop pc.

In the interest of brevity I'd really like to get my RAID 0 setup back up and working on a replacement PC. I've never tried to transfer a RAID 0 from one machine to another and any advice you can provide would be most welcome.
