RAID 0 - from scratch?

Just got an ABIT TH7-RAID MOB(P4 / i850 / Rambus / High Point 370A RAID chip on board)
& 2 IBM 60GB IDE drives on RAID IDE channel 4.

I want to load W98se onto a RAID 0, but apparently in order to have W98se use a RAID, High Point RAID drivers have to be loaded into W98se.

Seems like I have to get another drive on the IDE only channel (2), load W98se, load High Point drivers, then load W98se on the RAID array. --- This can't be true, can it?
