Raedon 8500 update driver issue

A friend of mine has a ATI Raedon 8500 All in Wonder 128 MB vid card. The system runs fine, but it won't let her update the drivers for the card.

She has downloaded the latest Catalyst drivers for the card, and is using Windows XP.

Any input would be helpful.
