Radware Linkproof cisco access-list

Has anyone worked with "Radware\Linkproof". I'm using this device for load balancing. However, does not allow access-list. When I try to implament my access-list back into the router internal traffic can not get out to browse the internet. Although, external users can still get to our internal Web. I know this is breif but if anyone has had the pleasure of working with the two devices in the same environment I would appre. feedback.
