RadRails issue

I am not sure if it is my settings or what, but when i start my server in radrails, the status continues to be starting, and it never says starting.

And this is the error.

-e:4:in `load': no such file to load -- script/server (LoadError)
from -e:4:in `<main>'

What is going on?
