RADIUS Recommendation?

Can anyone make a suggestion for specific RADIUS packages? I previously had RADIUS running under Win2k3 for AAA on my internal Cisco switches, but was unaware of the 50 peer limitation on Standard Edition of Windows until I started rolling it out (That Gates guy is such a cheapo!). I figured I'd get an open-source version but have no experience with them.

I have a Sun E250 running Solaris 9 that I planned on using. I understand there are RADIUS exentsions for the Netscape Directory Server, but also saw a couple other packages - FreeRADIUS being one.

Any recommendations?

Why not just purchase Cisco ACS?

Well, because it's not free.

Anyway, I got Solaris 10 and it comes with everything I need.
