radiobuttons vs selectedIndex

CAn one access radiobutton index as one does with select option index...as in something like

document.formname.radiobutton.selectedIndex

?

To save you, the oooh... seconds of time that it would take to build a quick test harness, yourself, the answer is no. You have to loop around the collection and determine which one is checked yourself.

The search facility for tek-tips works quite well. As does google. You will find your answers there. This is a common question.

When you have a particular problem with your code and can't progress without help... then this is the place to ask (but only when you have done some of the research and made a start yourself).
