Has anyone here had any experience with setting up point-to-point wireless network bridging? In my case, our company has two sites. The main site has a couple of hundred PCs, and there's a remote site that is about 1/2 mile away that has a couple dozen PCs. Right now the remote site is connected via a T1, but we're generating too much traffic and the link is slow. Rather than simply adding another T1 (and another router, plus additional monthly fees), we might be better off to go with a point-to-point radio-based solution to bridge the two networks. That way we can eliminate the monthly fees, and potentially get a much faster connection.

Does anyone have any experience with setting up something like this? I know that the hardware is out there, but I'm more interested in seeing "real life stories" of people who have used it successfully.
