Radio buttons in Netscape?

It appears that by default the background color for radio buttons takes on the color of the page background regardless of the background around the button.

Does anyone know how to change this? I have a black page background and a blue table background. The radio buttons are in the table but show up with a black background in Netscape. In IE they show up perfectly (blue background).

I'm sure that most everyone has seen this before. Anyone got a quick fix?
