Radio Button

Hello everyone,

I have a Form with 4 Radio Buttons and they are assigned to there name in the Table. Everything is working fine with the radio buttons, but, I want to make it so that you can only select 1 Radio button. Right now its set to allow all of the Radio buttons to be selected. If anyone knows a solution for this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

If the Radio buttons are mutually exclusive why have you 4 fields in the table for storing, in fact, a single value ?

It sounds like you inserted 4 distinct radio buttons. Insert an Option Group in your form instead and follow the wizard to configure the radio buttons.

Yeah that would be the problem then. I added 4 distinct Radio Buttons. How do i insert a Option Group?
