Radio Button Value to Text Box

Good Day,
I have a hockey website and need a little information on how to move data via my radio buttons. Here's what I need.

I have a radio button for payment method
O <--button By team $3800.00 O By Player $275.00

After they choose a button, I would like the next page were I ask for there payment information to automically fill in the total cost via a text box. Another problem I forsee here is how do a emlimante the alpha's and just print the numbers. Do not want &quot;By Player $275.00&quot; just want &quot;$275.00&quot;
