Radio Button Led Forms..

Hi all,

I have three forms that I would to combine so I need a form with a choice of 3 radio buttons..

When you check a radio button, I would like the form below to change on the page to reflect the radio button choice.

So if Rad 1 was checked it displays a txtbox, if Rad2 was checked it would change the page and display a txtbox and two checkboxes, etc. Hopefully you see what i mean..

How do I acheieve this??

post this in javascript forum, it's a matter of visible elements, or you can have the post after radio select, and rebuild the form
