Got a new radiant sp-350 printer for aloha bu there is not an option for this under hardwar/printers. Is there a different name it goes by?

Set Aloha to Epson TM88.
Be sure the Dip swithes are set correctly on the printer including Epson emulation mode.
If you have any questions on the printer you can look up techincal specs from the acutal manufacturer, Bixolon. This unit is the SRP-350. I believe the sight is samsungminiprinters.com
