Radiant P1515 - Black Screen

I'm having issues with an Aloha Radiant P1515 Terminal. The power light on the bottom is green but the status light is red. When you unplug it and plug it back in the screen flashes but does not come on and the fans are not kicking on. I tried connecting an external monitor but still nothing. Any thoughts? I'm thinking power supply but this terminal had only been in use for 3 months then was taken out of service and stored in our warehouse and plugged back in today. When I put it away it was working fine. Thanks in advance for any help.

I also want to say that after years of working with Aloha I am completely unhappy with the "new" distributor (Interstate Cash Register) in my area and will be switching over to Micros next year.

Curious... you say in service 3 months, does that mean it was brand new 3 months ago or it was replaced 3 months ago?

you are probably right on the power supply. easy to test as a standard pc power supply can be plugged into the power supply input on the io board. you have to cut off the clip from the 20 pin plug on the new power supply.

The unit was purchased brand new 2 years ago. It was used for 3 months. It was then shut down and put into storage as a backup unit. I personally did it so I know it was done and stored correctly. I plugged it in yesterday and get a black screen. How can a power supply be bad that hasn't been used in 21 months?
