I have a Radiant P1220 for Aloha that just this morning fell into a pre-boot cycle.

I get the spalsh Radiant screen

It then goes to the Intel Boot Agent screen before flashing PXE-E61 Error and then going back through the cycle.

I have open it up and reseated the memory and check any cable connections, but I can see nothing wrong.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm not sure if it is the same on Radiant/NCR hardware, but typically when a PXE error is occuring, its because of network card or cable problems. Can you get into the BIOS and disable the network card from boot options, or atleast move it to the bottom? ( assuming a non network boot environment )

The Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) is an industry standard client/server interface that allows networked computers that are not yet loaded with an operating system to be configured and booted remotely by an administrator.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Could this also happen if the OS can't be found as when the storage is corrupt or not accessible?

If it is a PXE boot error, and network boot is flagged as one of the last boot attempts, then yes.
