Radiant KPS Controller cannot be recognized by Radvidsetup

Hi Everybody,

I have a KPS Controller to handle Kitchen Display System from Radiantsystems.
Is connected to router
PING command resolve destination

It displayed:
IP Address: 10.99.170.10 with Subnet: 255.255.255.0 and Kiwi ID: 203 in the VGA Monitor.
The LINK, HB, POWER and ACT led light are running.

The problem:
Usually when I run Radvidsetup.exe inside Aloha\BIN directory, it should recognize the KPS Controller completed with their Kiwi ID, however it's not happenned with this KPS Controller.

What I've done:
Try to switch the IP's computer to 10.0.0.2 with same subnet to run the ping command, but fruitless.
Try connect with VNC, and received error message


Anyone help me...
