Radiant Cash Drawer

I've got a Radiant Cash drawer (which I am assuming is OPOS) that I need to use with a regular com port (Radiant terminal went kaboom!)

Does anyone know what pinouts need to be to get this to work with the serial interface? Is this an rj-12 to 9-pin com port that I need to get this to work?
