Radiant Autoloader (RAL) 1

Hello POS Gurus!

Does anyone know where I can get some documentation or information on Radiant Autoloader? I have some questions about what it is exactly and what it does and if it can be configured. I am doing some developmental stuff using a virtual port and have a feeling that the RAL service is causing some complications, so if anyone can tell me where I could get some documentation regarding RAL, I would greatly appreciate it.
