I got an error message from a Radiant 1520 that it cannot start because of a corrupt or missing file in windows/system32

I figured it was a bad disk drive so I was going to replace it with another disk I harvested from an old 1510 - much to my surprise when I opened the unit there is no disk in it.

My question is can I configure the system to boot from/use a disk that I install?

I don't have the original setup disk. I have several XP upgrade disks can I use that to repair the installation?

Any suggestions where I could have this repaired - I am in the Northwest/Seattle Area?

Thanks
