Radiant 1510 is on the fritz, where do I find a better/newer one?

Hey there. So we've had the same 1510 POS for about eight years, and am trying to get upgraded to the newest Aloha version, but I can't upgrade the RAM on the terminal (too old/motherboard is beginning to tweak out), so am resigning to getting a new terminal. Lucky it lasted this long, but also don't want to spend the $2k the reseller is asking for a new 1520. Anyone have any ideas where to get a upgrade-compatible Radiant POS without breaking the bank? We'll be using it as the master term in the bar area, with one 1220 on the other side of the restaurant.
