I've got a Radeon 9600 Pro & two crt monitors hooked up. I've got the latest Cat3.9 drivers. Using WMP to watch a video produces strange results with the overlays; the secondary monitor (hooked up to the dvi-out port w/ adapter) the overlays work just fine. When on the primary monitor, WMP ends up completely blank. If I position the window to be partially off the primary monitor (like @ the edge), I will actually see the video on the primary monitor, in the part of the overlay that is visible.

Does this make any sense?

Playing around with the settings a bit more, if I make the primary monitor coming out of the video card's DVI port then the overlays work like they are supposed; I'm not sure if this is a WinXP problem, but more likely an ATi driver problem. So anyone who's about to put together a similar setup, take note of this.
