Radeon 9550 AGP 256mb tv/out problem

hi I just bought my video card and it's installed with drivers and everything.I'm using what I think they call a Skart Cord which means video cord and sound out cord mixed to one cord.and the first time I tried tv/out it worked then I restarted my computer with tv/out still on and then my tv/out started to go messed and grey coloured.Now it doesn't work I try turning it on and off restarting computer shutting down my computer and no luck.can some1 help me on this.My sound out still works on my cord so it's probly not the cord.

Make sure the cord is securely connected, and reseat the video card making sure it's fully seated.

If those are ok, then uninstall and reinstall the video card's drivers.

If no luck, then see if the video card works in another system.
If not, then it may be bad.
