Radeon 8500DV and Premier 6.5 - how to edit anlaog video?

Hi,

I have a new Radeon 8500DV card and I have not been able to get either Ulead Video Studio 6 nor Adobe Premier 6.5 to input or output to my TV. Any ideas out there? The hardware comes with virtually no support, nor manual.

HELP!!

Also, any tips on how to burn DVD movies to CD-ROMs?
