rad wont stay connected

I have a fastrad on a site and i am using NRU 11.0. I have a PRI and I am conecting to a site with a T1. This is the second rad at this site. When I try to connect I can only stay in for a couple of seconds. We have tried different DID's and different baud rates.

There have been issues where the carrier has the channels as voice only. They need to be voice and data for the RAD to work.

I recently had a similar issue over a T1 (but not PRI). Rebooting the KSU at the remote location resolved the problem
