HI there

Has anyone got a set up sheet or details on how to set up a RAD to explain that calls may be recorded and then go onto the console?

Simplest Method I can think of.

Create ACD Agent Group with no agents.
Select Allow calls to queue with no agents logged in
Create ACD Path with Agent Grp assigned and enable 1st recording.
1st recording to be rad to play message
Enable interflow after timer that allows entire message to play
do not allow route to interflow before timer expires
Interflow destination to be your console.

Do you have any of theses 6510,6160? We have ours set up through the auto attendandt in the 6510, which then goes on to the 3300.. and plays RADS from 6160
