RAD/Line number

I have a external RAD at a location, I am trying to figure out what line to set the RAD to answer because we have a POTS line installed just for remotes. A site survey done a while ago says this number is line 11 on the demark, does that translate in to line 63 or 67 on my MICS? Also, when I go in to RAD programing remotely through Norstar Manager the KSU line numbers only go up to 8? Why? Any help would be appreciated, thank.

what is the version of the mics? line numbering varies by sw version

line 11 is invalid -

prior to 6:
1-24
25-48
49,50,51, 52

049-053 - lines 9-12

That's exactly what I was looking for thanks, only one more thing though what about the KSU line number in Norstar Manager? When I go to the drop down it only goes up to KSU line 8? How do I set the rad to answer on line 52?

Im in the UK so there are some differences but this one may be worth a try.
Press F9**
Type your Password
Then press the next soft key until you see the option to change the line number and change it to 052.

Thats how i do it, hope it helps,
