using version 9.0, can't even get into 'options' under 'view' to set physical layer...its greyed out (not an option). do i need to configure something else? the directions seem simple enough...but i don't have access to the menu...anyone have any ideas? anyone run into this before?

I just went through this. There is a newer version of the remote utils where the options menu works. Version 9.1 I believe. Search back in the forum under "rad ip", one of those had an active link for the update. (at least last week it did.) Or maybe one of the experts here knows where you can get the update if you cannot get it from Nortel yourself.
