I have 4 analogue lines that I want to route to a group of 4 extensions for customer services without using ACD. I created a HG group with the 4 extensions as members. I assigned greeting to RAD SET 10 with a unique directory number 333 on a VM port. The trunk service number for the analogue lines has the HG number as the Non-Dial-In. The HG has mode:terminal, type:voice, first RAD: 333, second RAD: 333.
When I call the any of the analogue lines, the greeting is not heard.

With hunt groups the greeting will only be heard if the call is queued (all sets busy)

Are you testing with all sets busy or is one of the sets ringing?

This is similar to the primary greetings that you get when you call, you hear a message saying " this is tec-tips company please wait for next operator to attend to you" and all the idle extensions would ring to receive the call.

And I repeat, please answer the question.

Are you testing with all sets busy or is one of the sets ringing?

I believe that when using a MCD hunt group, the RADS pick up after the Answer Plus time to answer timer in the COS of the RAD regardless of the state of the lines. At least that's the way it worked when I set it up two weeks ago on a 3k.

But testing, I would 1st dial 333 and be sure it answers. Second, dial the internal HG pilot number. If RADs don't pick up then I'd looks very closely at the timers in the COS of the RADs and RAD HG (if used). Odds are you'll find the problem there.
