rad files stored

Can anyone tell me where the rad files are stored. need to get them off a 3300 system.

I thought I could find it under the /db directory but i don't see anything.

/vmail/d/vm is where the audio (.vox) files are.

Not sure what sub-folder from here, I think /int is greetings and /name is names, so I'm guessing RAD files would be in /int.

If you have access to Mitel Tech Support look for Knowledge base article 05-5191-00033 as it will give you some ideas on where to find the files.

RAD files would be stored in the "/vmail" directory somewhere

thanks, i got the info/files but is it possible to replay the files with something like windows media player etc?

try chnaging the filename to have a .WAV extension and see what happens.

kwb tried that but no luck. tried other players too, same result.

Just an FYI.. We use Goldwave to Convert files back and forth from Vox to Wave etc.. (
